Anurag Maheshwari has assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 3M, effective September 1, 2024. Maheshwari, who previously served as CFO at Otis Worldwide Corporation, brings extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and business transformation to 3M. His prior roles include serving as Vice President of Finance, Information Technology, and Chief Transformation Officer for Otis in the Asia Pacific region, as well as leading investor relations and strategic investment planning at Harris Corporation and L3Harris. Maheshwari holds master’s degrees in finance and economics and has a background in consulting and executive leadership across multiple global companies.
As CFO, Maheshwari will oversee 3M's global finance organization, including financial planning, business finance, accounting, analysis, tax, investor relations, treasury, and global service centers. He will play a critical role in advancing 3M’s strategic priorities, driving operational excellence, and enhancing capital allocation. 3M, a global leader in innovation, leverages science and technology to address challenges and opportunities for customers, communities, and the planet.
