During her 22-year tenure at Siemens, Larson held various leadership positions in finance across different units, contributing significantly to business growth and profitability. Her achievements include boosting business volume by over 200% and profitability by 20% in the last five years, demonstrating her strategic financial acumen.

Larson's career journey began in public accounting, focusing on real estate and management companies. After joining Siemens, she quickly advanced to become a financial analyst and later a regional controller in Karlsruhe, Germany. In this role, she led a team driving growth and strategy for the American and Asia Pacific regions of the Digital Industries – Process Automation business.
