Among this year’s awardees, we highlight Katrin Kleiser, Chief Financial Officer of Amazon Germany, recognized for her leadership in managing multinational teams and consistently achieving key financial targets. Scott Herren, Chief Financial Officer of Cisco, stands out for leading Cisco’s strategic financial transition to a recurring revenue model and his expertise in managing large-scale financial operations across global markets. David Obstler, Chief Financial Officer of Datadog, is celebrated for his role in scaling Datadog’s financial operations, ensuring sustained growth in the cloud monitoring sector.

1. Ofer Katz
President and Chief Financial Officer, Fiverr

Ofer Katz is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Fiverr. In his dual role, Katz plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and overall leadership. Fiverr’s mission is to transform the way the world collaborates by democratizing access to talent and providing opportunities for individuals to grow their business or brand. Serving a diverse clientele ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, around four million customers worldwide worked with freelance talent on Fiverr in the past year.

Prior to joining Fiverr, Katz founded Nextage Ltd., a financial services firm where he served as Chief Executive Officer and currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer. In his role at Nextage, Katz also served as acting Chief Financial Officer to a number of companies including Wix.com Ltd., Adallom Technologies Ltd., Wilocity, and Onavo. Katz holds a bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

 

2. Dallas Clement
President and Chief Financial Officer, Cox Enterprises

Dallas Clement is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Cox Enterprises, a leader in the broadband, automotive, and media industries, as well as a leading investment platform with strategic positions in emerging technologies driving the future of sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, healthtech, and public sector software. 

Clement is responsible for guiding the strategy and evolution of Cox Enterprises, leading continuous growth initiatives to expand Cox’s portfolio in new industries with a focus on emerging businesses that embrace new technologies and align with the company’s values.

Previously, Clement served as Chief Financial Officer for Cox Automotive, the largest automotive marketplace and leading provider of software solutions to auto dealers throughout the US. In addition, Clement had accountability for Cox Automotive’s financial services unit, NextGear Capital. 

Prior to the formation of Cox Automotive, Clement served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer of Autotrader Group. Clement also spent 20 years at Cox Communications, where he held a variety of roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Product Management Officer. Clement holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics from Harvard College and a master’s degree in engineering economic systems from Stanford University. 

 

3. Katrin Kleiser
Chief Financial Officer, Amazon

Katrin Kleiser is the Chief Financial Officer of Amazon Germany, where she brings 16 years of financial leadership experience to the role. Kleiser is known for her ability to turn around underperforming businesses and organizations, consistently meeting sales, profit, and cash flow targets while also enhancing employee satisfaction. She has a proven track record in managing diverse, multinational teams, including remote groups of over 30 employees.

Before joining Amazon, Kleiser served as a Finance Director for Procter and Gamble’s hair care division in Europe. In this role, she was responsible for end-to-end financial decision-making for four global hair care brands, overseeing everything from long-term product and innovation design to sales strategy across Europe.

 

4. Andrei Marin
Chief Financial Officer, DXC Technology

Andrei Marin is the Chief Financial Officer of DXC Technology. DXC Technology helps global companies run their mission-critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private, and hybrid clouds. 

Marin brings 15 years of experience to his current role. Before joining DXC Technology, he was a Finance Expert at HP and before that a Senior Audit Associate at PwC. Earlier in his career he worked with KPMG Tax and Legal Services as a tax consultant. Marin graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies with an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, and economic mathematics.

 

5. Susan Li
Chief Financial Officer, Meta

Susan Li is the Chief Financial Officer at Meta, where she leads the finance and facilities teams. Meta, formerly known as Facebook, is a social technology company that operates major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. In addition to its social networking services, Meta is focused on developing the "metaverse" and advancing technologies in virtual reality and augmented reality.

Prior to becoming CFO, Li served as the company’s Vice President of Finance and led the teams focused on finance, business planning, and treasury. She joined the company in 2008. Previously she was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Li holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and mathematical and computational sciences from Stanford University.

 

6. Scott Herren
Chief Financial Officer, Cisco

Scott Herren is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cisco, where he manages the financial strategy, global finance organization, procurement, and mergers and acquisitions and integrations for the company. Herren is focused on accelerating Cisco’s shift towards a more recurring revenue business model, maximizing long-term shareholder value, and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.

Prior to joining Cisco, Herren spent over six years as CFO at Autodesk, where he was responsible for the global financial strategy including operations, corporate development, financial systems, tax, and treasury as well as the company’s procurement organizations. Herren was instrumental in orchestrating Autodesk’s business-model transformation—shifting from selling perpetual licenses to selling subscriptions. 

Before Autodesk, he held senior level strategy and financial positions at Citrix Systems, FedEx, and IBM. Herren holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.

 

7. Marco Argentin
Chief Financial Officer, Uber

Marco Argentin is the Chief Financial Officer of Uber, a company that develops, markets, and operates a ridesharing mobile application, connecting drivers with passengers. Uber’s platform enables users to submit trip requests that are routed to crowd-sourced partner drivers through a smartphone application.

Argentin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years of work experience in audit and group reporting. He is dedicated to being innovative with technology in order to improve the finance function. His expertise spans reporting, budgeting, IFRS, financial management and taxation, as well as business management.

Argentin first got his start in 2011 as an Audit Junior at Deloitte. From there, he went on to Attacq Limited, before eventually rising to Group Controller at ACT Commodities, his most recent position prior to joining Uber. Argentin graduated from the University of Johannesburg with an undergraduate degree in accounting.

 

8. Sergiu Cecoltan
Chief Financial Officer, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions, Mastercard

Sergiu Cecoltan is the Chief Financial Officer of Cyber and Intelligence Solutions at Mastercard, a global technology company in the payments industry. Mastercard operates one of the world’s largest payment networks, facilitating secure transactions across more than 210 countries and territories.

Cecoltan has 19 years of experience and first got his start in 2005 as a VP of Technology Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, before eventually rising to Corporate Development at Becton, Dickinson and Co., his most recent position prior to joining Mastercard. Cecoltan graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA.

 

9. Barry Corcoran
Chief Financial Officer, Big South Region, Comcast

Barry Corcoran is the Chief Financial Officer for the Big South region at Comcast, a global media and technology company. The Big South region, supported by over 3,300 local employees, serves customers in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, and South Carolina.

With nearly 25 years of cable industry experience, Corcoran comes to the Big South region from Effectv, formerly Comcast Spotlight, where he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Enterprise Business Intelligence for the last two years. In his prior leadership role at Effectv, Corcoran oversaw financial operations in 31 markets across four regions. Corcoran graduated from Northeastern University.

 

10. Mauro Cruz
Chief Financial Officer, Latin America, FIS

Mauro Cruz is the Chief Financial Officer in Latin America of FIS, a financial technology company providing solutions to financial institutions, businesses, and developers. FIS focuses on enabling financial transactions and services that are fundamental to the global financial system. 

Cruz is a highly accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in business consultancy and partnership, financial planning, treasury operations, with multi-finance skills in P&L management, accounting, tax, and budgeting processes. 

Cruz brings 46 years of experience to his current role. Before joining FIS, Cruz was a Director at Fórmula Medicinal and before that a Partner at Denutri. Earlier in his career he worked with Kellogg Company as a Treasury Analyst. Cruz graduated from Faculdade Luzwell with an undergraduate degree.

 

11. Ravi Inukonda
Chief Financial Officer, DoorDash

Ravi Inukonda is the Chief Financial Officer of DoorFash, a food delivery service that operates a platform connecting consumers with local restaurants and businesses across more than 30 countries. Founded in 2013, DoorDash has grown to become one of the largest food delivery platforms, offering a range of services that facilitate on-demand deliveries and support local businesses.

Prior to joining DoorDash, Inukonda served as Head of Finance for Uber Eats. Before that, Inukonda was Vice President at Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm. He also served as Vice President at Battery Ventures and served in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division. Inukonda holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a master’s degree in computer science from Clemson University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

 

12. Steven Day
CFO and Senior Vice President Digital Experience Business Unit and Corporate Finance, Adobe

Steven Day is the CFO and Senior Vice President of the Digital Experience Business Unit and Corporate Finance at Adobe, a global leader in digital media and digital marketing solutions. Adobe is known for its Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud, which provide tools for digital content creation, document management, and personalized customer experiences.

Day brings 33 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Adobe, Day was an EMEA Services Controller at BEA Systems and before that a Financial Reporting Manager at Lotus Development. Earlier in his career he worked with Softswitch Ltd. as a Financial Accountant. Day graduated from the University of Southampton with an undergraduate degree in business economics and accounting.

 

13. Tamar Rapaport-Dagim
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Amdocs

Tamar Rapaport-Dagim is both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Amdocs, and chairs several executive committees at the company. Amdocs is a company that provides a market-leading portfolio of software products and services, enabling customers to deliver next-generation communication and media experiences to both individual users and large enterprises.

Rapaport-Dagim previously served as Vice President of Finance at Amdocs. Prior to joining Amdocs she was the Chief Financial Officer of Emblaze, a provider of multimedia solutions over wireless and IP networks. She has also served as controller of Teledata Networks and held various finance management positions in public accounting. Rapaport-Dagim graduated from Tel Aviv University with an MBA and an undergraduate degree in accounting and economics.

 

14. Jessica Fischer
Chief Financial Officer, Charter Communications

Jessica Fischer is the Chief Financial Officer of Charter Communication, where she oversees accounting, finance, tax and risk management, procurement, investor relations, internal audit, business intelligence, and corporate budgeting and planning. Additionally, she manages Charter’s equity and capital markets strategy and execution, as well as M&A and investing activity. Charter Communications, Inc. is a leading broadband connectivity company and cable operator with services available to more than 57 million homes and businesses in 41 states through its Spectrum brand.

Fischer most recently served as Executive Vice President of Finance and joined Charter as Corporate Treasurer. Before joining Charter, she was a Partner in the national tax department at EY where she advised clients on the tax structuring and implementation of partnership transactions primarily in the media and telecommunications space, including advising Charter on its transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks. She holds a BBA in accounting and managerial economics as well as an MBA with a concentration in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.

 

15. Neil Desilva
CFO, Digital Currencies and Remittances and Vice President of Finance, PayPal

Neil Desilva is the CFO of PayPal Digital Currencies and Remittances, where oversees the business unit’s P&L and brought to market its blockchain-based stablecoin, PayPal USD. Desilva simultaneously serves as Vice President of Finance at PayPal, where he led a global finance team of 65 professionals to operate $3 billion of PayPal’s total company revenue and 20% of its total operating expenses. 

Prior to joining PayPal, Neil Desilva served as CFO of the trading business unit at Galaxy, where he also held roles as Head of FP&A and Head of Investor Relations. During his tenure, Galaxy grew to trade over $6 billion in annual counterparty volume and increased its market cap tenfold to $5 billion.

Before Galaxy, Desilva was Head of M&A and Investor Relations at DXC Technology, formerly known as Computer Sciences Corp. Under his leadership, DXC significantly expanded through one of the most active corporate development programs in the tech industry, tripling in size to $25 billion in revenue and 170,000 employees, while growing its market cap sixfold from $4.5 billion to $27 billion.

Earlier in his career, Desilva was a Managing Director at León, Mayer and Co., a private equity firm. Before that, he was an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs and began his career as a tech founder in San Francisco. Desilva holds an MBA from MIT and bachelor’s degrees in history and economics from Cornell University. He also studied at the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

 

16. Scott Beasley
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Frontier Communications

Scott Beasley is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frontier, a major telecommunications company in the US. Frontier is recognized as the largest pure-play fiber provider, focusing on delivering high-speed broadband services to both residential and business customers across the country.

Before joining Frontier, Scott Beasley served as Chief Financial Officer of Arcosa, Inc., a North American provider of infrastructure products and solutions, where he played a key role in leading the company’s successful public spinoff. During his tenure, Arcosa completed 13 acquisitions to refocus its portfolio on growth-oriented infrastructure products. Prior to Arcosa, Beasley was Group Chief Financial Officer at Trinity Industries, having previously served as Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning. 

Earlier in his career, Beasley was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, leading operational and organizational transformations in asset-intensive industries, and began his career as an Operations Manager at McMaster Carr Supply Company. Beasley received a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

 

17. David Obstler
Chief Financial Officer, Datadog

David Obstler is the Chief Financial Officer of Datadog, a monitoring service for hybrid cloud applications that assists organizations in improving agility, increasing efficiency, and providing end-to-end visibility across application and organization. Obstler brings more than three decades of operational finance experience, with over two decades focused on technology companies. 

Prior to Datadog, Obstler served as CFO of TravelClick, where he led global financial operations. Obstler also serves on the board of Braze. Obstler has also held CFO roles at OpenLink Financial, MSCI Inc., Risk Metrics Group, and Pinnacor, as well as investment banking positions at JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs. Obstler holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 

18. Andrew Russakoff
Chief Financial Officer, Angi

Andrew Russakoff is the Chief Financial Officer at Angi, where he oversees the company’s finance and accounting strategy and operations. Angi is an online marketplace that connects consumers with local service professionals for home improvement, maintenance, and repair projects. With over 25 years of experience and a network of over 200,000 professionals, Angi has connected more than 150 million people with solutions for their home needs.

Before joining Angi, Russakoff served as Vice President Financial Planning at IAC, where he partnered with the IAC executive team on financial analysis, oversight of the company’s portfolio businesses, including Angi, and investor relations. Prior to IAC, Russakoff held finance, strategy, and business development leadership roles at GameChanger Media and Pellucid Analytics and was an investment banker at Credit Suisse. 

Early in his finance career, Russakoff worked in the power and renewable energy industry at NRG Energy. Russakoff holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Harvard University.

 

19. Matt Santangelo
Chief Financial Officer, Forcepoint

Matthew Santangelo is the Chief Financial Officer for Forcepoint, where he leads global corporate financial strategies and operations including financial forecasting, planning and reporting, managing overall financial performance, and leading the finance team. Santangelo brings 19 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to his role.

Forcepoint, based in Austin, Texas, simplifies security for global businesses and governments with a cloud-native platform focused on protecting sensitive data and intellectual property. Operating in over 150 countries, Forcepoint helps organizations secure their digital environments through a human-centric approach.

Prior to his position at Forcepoint, Santangelo was the Senior Director of Business Transformation and Offsets at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). Santangelo also served as CFO for the Global Integrated Sensors business at Raytheon IDS, Finance Director for International Integrated Air and Missile Defense programs, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems business unit. 

Santangelo started with Raytheon as a member of the Financial Leadership Development Program, which included rotations across multiple businesses and corporate, with experiences covering financial planning and analysis, proposals, investor relations and program controls. Santangelo received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston University.

 

20. Thomas Ream
Chief Financial Officer, Workato

Thomas Ream is the Chief Financial Officer of Workato, a leader in AI-driven enterprise automation and integration that helps organizations drive business efficiency at scale without compromising security and governance. Built for business and IT users, Workato is trusted by over 17,000 leading brands. 

Ream brings 30 years of experience to his current role. Before joining Workato, he was a Partner at David Powell, Inc. in the financial services division and before that a CFO at Cloudmark. Earlier in his career he worked with VeriFone as a VP of International Relations. Ream graduated from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with an MBA in finance and from UC Santa Barbara with an undergraduate degree in economics.

 

21. Manish Narula
Chief Financial Officer, Cybereason

Manish Narula is the Chief Financial Officer of Cybereason, a cybersecurity company focused on protecting organizations against advanced cyber threats. Cybereason’s AI-driven platform helps detect, prevent, and respond to attacks across endpoints, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.

Narula brings over 18 years of experience in driving strategic transformations in the technology space to Cybereason, most recently serving as an Investment Advisor for SoftBank Corp. Previously, he served as CFO at Treasure Data, an enterprise customer data platform provider, and Vice President of Corporate Development for Arm, a semiconductor IP company. He also previously led acquisitions and investments at Microsoft. 

Narula graduated from Stanford University with a master’s degree in management science and engineering and from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India with an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering.

 

22. Will Johnson
Chief Financial Officer, Iterable

Will Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer of Iterable, an AI-powered customer communication platform that helps organizations like Redfin, SeatGeek, Calm, and Box in engaging customers throughout their lifecycle with targeted, data-driven interactions. Iterable enables organizations to engage customers effectively throughout their lifecycle with personalized and coordinated communications.

Johnson is an operational CFO with deep experience in the software industry, having held a combination of finance, corporate development and strategy roles. As a CFO he has seen scale from under $20 million in ARR to over $200 million. His experience includes many debt and equity capital raises as well as both buy and sell side M&A.

Johnson previously served as CFO at Inkling and GuideSpark, and held leadership roles at Workday and IBM. Earlier in his career he served as a venture investor in a variety of enterprise software, SaaS, security, IT infrastructure, and internet businesses. Johnson holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

 

23. Dinesh Khanna
Chief Financial Officer, Wibmo

Dinesh Khanna is the Chief Financial Officer and Director at Wimbo Inc, a subsidiary of PayU, a global full-stack PayTech company and leader in payment security and digital payments in emerging markets.

Khanna has led Wimbo to consistent growth of more than 30% in revenue in the last three years. He also headed the risk and audit function at PayU and played a key role in strengthening the internal controls at the company. His expertise spans strategic planning, business partnership, stakeholder management, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and financial reporting and governance. 

Throughout his career, Khanna has held leadership roles in banks and payment fintech companies, where he contributed to business development, operational improvements, digital transformation, and turnaround efforts. 

Previously, Khanna was a VP at PayU and before that a Senior Manager in the internal audit group at American Express. Earlier in his career he worked with HSBC as an Assistant Manager. Khanna earned an undergraduate degree in business and commerce from the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.

 

24. Betty Ong
Chief Financial Officer, Velocity

Betty Ong is the Chief Financial Officer of Velocity, a technology managed solutions provider for voice, data, Wi-Fi, and more. Velocity is supported by a proprietary network backbone across 30 fully redundant fiber data centers for multi-location enterprises across multiple industries. Ong leads the finance, accounting, and sourcing teams for Velocity and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy to her role. 

Ong previously served in finance leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Verizon. Most recently, Betty was VP of Finance and Operations at Unacast and before that a VP of Finance at H1. Earlier in her career she worked with WeightWatchers International as a Senior Financial Analyst. Ong earned an MBA in marketing strategy and finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in economics and accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

25. Wilson Smith
Chief Financial Officer, Smithville

Wilson Smith is the Chief Financial Officer of Smithville, Indiana’s largest independent telecom company with more than 200 employees. Smith joined Smithville from TechnipFMC, an oil and gas extraction and software technology division of FMC. There, he served as Senior Controller with responsibilities for financial reporting from operations in the United Kingdom and the United States, specifically in the Midwest and Texas.

Prior to his position at TechnipFMC, Smith served as Vice President and CFO for Thales Air Traffic Management as well as Financial Director for other divisions. He also worked in Germany as Business Line Financial Director, which included responsibilities for all commercial operations as well as engineering and project management in the United States, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom. 

Upon Smith’s return to the US, he served as CFO of Thales Defense and Security and later Finance Director for Thales Communications. Smith’s customers included the FAA and other civil aviation authorities around the world as well as defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, US Navy, US Coast Guard, and General Dynamics.

Before his work at Thales ATM, Smith was a Director at Harmon Industries, a railroad technology signaling and safety company that was later acquired by GE Transportation Systems. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from William Jewell College and completed graduate studies at Rockhurst University.
