Before joining IDX, he served as the CFO of private equity-backed TREND Networks, where he played a pivotal role in the organization's growth and successfully led it through a private equity exit. Prior to that, Paterson held the position of Group Financial Controller at Guinness World Records, contributing significantly to the business's transformation into a diversified media enterprise with a focus on content creation, digital, and broadcast media.
