While Houston’s economic landscape centers around the energy sector, diversification into other fields such as healthcare, life sciences, and aerospace aviation has led to an increased demand for finance professionals with specialized experience in these areas. These individuals are called upon to drive growth within their sectors, in turn positively contributing to Houston's business community as a whole. The awardees on this year's list are standout professionals who have proven themselves as top-tier contributors throughout their careers.

Among this year’s awardees, we have Nicole Miller, CFO of Namecheap, who guides the financial strategy of this leading domain name registrar that serves over 10 million customers. Next, during Nexus Circular CFO Robert Shaw’s career he raised over $3 billion in equity in public and private markets and led a turnaround and IPO of a PE-backed manufacturer. Rounding out our highlights is Hans van Houte, CFO of Nurix Therapeutics, whose background includes a successful IPO and multiple senior positions in the biotech industry. 

The CFOs on this year’s list have set themselves apart within Houston’s finance professionals community, showcasing their expertise through strategic decision-making that has resulted in significant financial milestones for their respective companies. 1. Han Jansen
Chief Financial Officer, John Cockerill

Han Jansen is the CFO of John Cockerill Hydrogen North America. John Cockerill designs, integrates, modernizes, and maintains equipment in the domains of energy, defense, steelmaking, and the environment, developing large-scale technological solutions that facilitate access sustainable industries and infrastructure. Jansen is a globally-versed executive with over 25 years of financial and operations leadership experience across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, high-tech, domestic appliances, and industrial industries. Jansen has fulfilled B2B and B2C assignments for 18 countries in Europe and 14 countries in Asia, along with five global CFO positions in the states. 

His expertise includes roles at large companies valued between $1 and $2 billion, mid-sized, and small companies, and has shown special skills in acquisition and integration, including six successful integrations with deals ranging from $500 million to $5 billion. Prior to his current assignment in healthcare and medical devices, Jansen was the interim chief financial officer for two divisions of Almirall, S.A., Aqua Pharmaceuticals and Thermi Aesthetics, Galderma Laboratories, and Philips Healthcare. Jansen is a member of The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He earned a master’s in business and managerial economics from the University of Groningen.

 

2. Valerie Toalson
Chief Financial Officer, Cadence Bank

Valerie Toalson brings 35 years of banking experience to her current role as Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Bank, a leading regional banking franchise with more than $50 billion in assets and over 350 branch locations in Texas and across the South. Cadence provides consumers, businesses, and corporations with a full range of innovative banking and financial solutions. 

Toalson’s expertise includes finance, accounting, treasury, investments, risk, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, investor relations, and public entity and regulatory financial reporting. Prior to joining Cadence, Toalson served as CFO of BankAtlantic Bancorp and BankAtlantic N.A. She also held several senior leadership positions at BOK Financial Corporation, including corporate controller, manager of credit services, manager of process improvement, and chief auditor. Toalson began her career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she received her certified public accounting certificate. She earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

 

3. Alex Shvartsburg
Chief Financial Officer, LivaNova

Alex Shvartsburg is the Chief Financial Officer of LivaNova, a medical technology company leveraging nearly five decades of expertise to develop advanced technologies and groundbreaking treatments for patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare systems alike.

From November 2020 to July 2021, Shvartsburg served as the interim chief financial officer of LivaNova. Before his appointment to the role, he led the LivaNova Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis group and was the international region CFO. 

Prior to joining LivaNova, Shvartsburg was CFO and chief operating officer of Caligor, a private equity-backed clinical services organization, where he was responsible for finance, operations, human resources, and information technology functions. Before that, he held finance leadership roles that included CFO of the Genetic Sciences division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, senior finance director, M&A at Life Technologies, and for over 20 years, Shvartsburg held a series of finance roles of increasing responsibility within Johnson & Johnson. Shvartsburg earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drexel University, an MBA from LaSalle University, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

 

4. Imad Barake
Chief Financial Officer, Airswift

Imad Barake joined Airswift in 2022, currently serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.  Airswift provides workforce solutions to the engineering and technology sectors, offering a comprehensive workforce solution designed to identify and deliver talent in STEM for various projects. The company covers several industries, including oil and gas, nuclear, power, renewable energy, construction, rail, and chemicals.

Barake has over two decades of senior financial management experience in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and construction industries. Before joining Airswift, he served as CFO for Bilfinger in North America, vice president of corporate treasury and M&A at Shawcor, and CFO for Dover Energy. Before that, Barake spent over 20 years with Schlumberger. Barake has a strong knowledge of global markets, having worked in the Middle East, Europe, Indonesia, and North America. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Arizona.

 

5. Eric Swanson
Chief Financial Officer, Pappas

Eric Swanson is the Chief Financial Officer of Pappas, one of the nation's largest family-owned and operated restaurant groups, known for its concepts like Pappadeux's, Pappasito's, and Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. Founded in 1976, Pappas has grown to over 80 locations spanning across eight states. 

Swanson has 19 years of experience, beginning his career in 2005. Before joining Pappas, Swanson was a managing director of investment banking at GulfStar Group and before that an executive director of investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he worked with Deutsche Bank Securities as an equity research analyst. Swanson graduated from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in accounting, finance, strategy, and marketing and from Dartmouth College with his master’s degree.

 

6. Jennifer Whalen
Chief Financial Officer, Bristow Group

Jennifer Whalen serves as Senior Vice President and CFO for the Bristow Group Inc., a provider of offshore oil and gas transportation, search and rescue, and aircraft support services to government and civil organizations worldwide. Bristow’s strategically located global fleet supports operations in the North Sea, Nigeria, and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, as well as in most of the other major offshore oil and gas producing regions of the world, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Guyana, and Trinidad. As the CFO, Whalen is responsible for overseeing the company’s Information Technology department, accounting, decision support, financial reporting, internal audit, investor relations, strategy and M&A, tax, and other financial functions.

Before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at Bristow Group, Whalen held roles as CFO, vice president, and chief accounting officer and controller at Era Group, which merged with Bristow Group in 2020. Whalen’s other prior roles include several positions at nLIGHT Photonics Corporation, a supplier of high-performance lasers, including director of accounting, and manager of accounting at InFocus Corporation. After serving in the U.S. military, Whalen started her career in public accounting in the assurance practice group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Whalen received a bachelor’s in accounting from Alabama A&M University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.

 

7. Michael Muse
Chief Financial Officer, EthosEnergy

Michael Muse first joined EthosEnergy in 2020 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. EthosEnergy offers comprehensive services and solutions worldwide for rotating equipment to ensure energy remains accessible, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible, catering to the needs of clients in the power, oil & gas, industrial, and aerospace sectors. 

Muse’s career in finance spans over 26 years. Previously, he was CFO at H-D Advanced Manufacturing, a leading global manufacturer for the aerospace, oil and gas, and industrial markets. Before that, he was EVP and CFO at Geokinetics Inc, one of the largest independent, international land and shallow water geophysical service companies, where he led the Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Information Technology group. Earlier in his career, he worked in a variety of financial and accounting roles with Nabors, Baker Hughes and Duke Energy Corporation. Muse earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Houston.

 

8. Frank Stokes
Chief Financial Officer, Castle Biosciences

Frank Stokes has served as Chief Financial Officer of Castle Biosciences since 2017. Castle Biosciences is a leading diagnostics company focused on transforming disease management. The company offers a broad portfolio of innovative tests that focus on providing answers to medical questions through a person’s unique biology, in the areas of dermatology, gastroenterology, mental health, and ophthalmology. 

Previously, Stokes served as chief financial officer of Hammock Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of women’s health and urology products. Before that, he served as a managing director of Leerink Swann (now SVB Leerink). Stokes has also held positions as a managing director at Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Wachovia Securities, LLC. While at SVB Leerink and Robert W. Baird & Co., he led the life sciences, tools, and diagnostics sector investment banking efforts, and managed financings, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a J.D. and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

 

9. Nicole Miller
Chief Financial Officer, Namecheap

Nicole Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of Namecheap, a domain name registrar and web hosting company. The company was founded in 2000 and has since grown to become one of the largest independent domain registrars, with over 10 million customers and over 17 million domains under management. Namecheap offers domain name services, including domain registration, transfer, and renewal, as well as domain privacy protection and other value-added services. 

Miller has 18 years of financial experience, with a proven track record in navigating senior leadership teams and creating financial strategies for start-up companies. Before joining Namecheap, Miller was a director of finance at Roman and Williams Guild and before that a senior financial strategist at The Land of Nod. Earlier in her career she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor. Miller graduated from Baylor University with an MACC and with an undergraduate degree in accounting.

 

10. Rebecca Giot
Chief Financial Officer, Bracewell

Rebecca Giot began her professional career 30 years ago, and today, she serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bracewell. Bracewell provides legal services in key sectors such as energy, infrastructure, finance, and technology. The firm's clients include major energy and natural resource concerns, from conventional energy sources to renewable energy such as solar power, wind power, hydrogen, hydropower, energy storage, and renewable natural gas.

Giot first got her start in 1994 as a director of hub finance at Continental Airlines, before eventually rising to executive director of financial control at Houston Community College System, her most recent position prior to joining Bracewell. Giot graduated from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business with an MBA in finance and from Rice University with an undergraduate degree in managerial studies and French.

 

11. Art Dunal
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dover Precision Components

Art Dunal is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dover Precision Components, a company that provides solutions for rotating and reciprocating machinery under the Waukesha Bearings, Bearings Plus, Inpro/Seal, FW Murphy, and Cook Compression brands. The company offers a portfolio of custom-engineered, precision-manufactured products, supported by robust research & development and comprehensive aftermarket services. With facilities spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and backed by a network of technical sales representatives, it serves customers' local and international operations.

Dunal is a global finance professional with 18 years of experience in manufacturing and commercial finance, and corporate/private equity. Previously, Dunal was a senior director of finance at Shape Technologies Group and before that a finance manager - segment controller at Kongsberg Maritime. Earlier in his career, he worked with DGA S.A. as an audit associate. Dunal earned a PhD in finance and economics, change management from the University of Gdansk, and a master’s in economics, management information systems from Poznan University of Economics And Business.

 

12. Ellis Moseley
Chief Financial Officer, Hisco

Ellis Moseley is the Chief Financial Officer of Hisco, a company that delivers distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions with high-quality products, process solutions, and local inventory. Today, the company spans 32 stocking locations, and five converting facilities for fabrication and custom repackaging. Hisco also offers vendor-managed inventory programs and specialized warehousing for chemical management, cold storage, and logistic services. 

Moseley brings 43 years of experience to his role, beginning his career in 1981. He has a demonstrated track record of achievement in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, real estate, and risk management. His career includes 18 successful acquisitions. Before joining Hisco, Moseley was EVP and CFO at EVP, where he oversaw the finance organization as total revenues of the company increased from $265 million to more than $2  billion, ultimately assuming the role of EVP & chief administrative. Earlier in his career, he worked with Bank of America as an SVP. Moseley graduated from Texas Tech University with an MBA and from Bradley University with an undergraduate degree in finance.

 

13. Hans Houte
Chief Financial Officer, Nurix

Hans van Houte has served as Chief Financial Officer of Nurix since June 2020 and has led the company’s finance team since 2015. Nurix Therapeutics specializes in discovering drugs that leverage the body's natural process to regulate protein levels, with a primary focus on the development of drugs for cancer treatment and an emphasis on novel, small-molecule immuno-oncology agents.

Before joining Nurix, Houte was a managing partner at Bionation LLC, a financial consulting firm, and served as acting CFO for multiple biotechnology companies formed with investments totaling over $150 million from Third Rock Ventures and The Column Group. Houte previously held senior financial roles in biotechnology companies including vice president of finance and operations at Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was part of the team that took Trubion public in October 2006. Prior to Trubion, Houte was the controller, treasurer, and principal accounting officer at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where he helped build the financial and accounting organization post-IPO to support growth from $100 million to a multi-billion market capitalization. Houte holds a bachelor’s in business administration, finance, and accounting from Babson College.

 

14. Chris Mersinger (Tie)
Chief Financial Officer, Vaughn

Chris Mersinger is the Chief Financial Officer of Vaughn Construction, a Texas-based commercial general contractor and construction manager with over 1,000 employees, 400 of whom are craft construction workers. Its in-house resources allow it to serve construction projects of all sizes.

Previously, Mersinger was a VP at CSL Capital Management overseeing private investments in its energy-focused private equity fund, an investment banker with Lazard in its energy advisory practice based in Houston, and before that a CPA with PwC. Mersinger started his career as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. Mersinger currently serves as an innovation officer in the Army Reserves in support of military modernization efforts. Mersinger holds a BBA in Accounting, a master’s in finance from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Rice University.

 

14. Doug Vickery (Tie)
Chief Financial Officer, G & H Towing Company

Doug Vickery began his professional career 20 years ago. Today, he is the Chief Financial Officer of G & H Towing Company, one of the oldest towing companies on the Texas Gulf Coast. Since 1934, G&H Towing has provided harbor ship escorts, docking and undocking services in the ports of Galveston, Houston, Texas City, Corpus Christi, and Freeport Texas on behalf of Bay Houston Towing and Suderman & Young Towing. G&H Towing crews operate the most technologically advanced towing vessels in the industry today, and they are deeply committed to outstanding safety for their people, their equipment and the environment.

Vickery first got his start in 2000 as a division controller at Cameron, before eventually rising to director of finance and region controller in North America at Schlumberger, his most recent position prior to joining G & H Towing Company. Vickery graduated from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and from Stephen F. Austin State University with an undergraduate degree in business administration.

 

15. Derek Slemko
Chief Financial Officer, Foundation Automotive Corp.

Derek Slemko is the Chief Financial Officer of Foundation Automotive Corp. Since the auto dealership group’s start-up in 2017, he has provided financial leadership and guidance while the group has grown to currently owning and operating 26 auto dealerships in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee and North Dakota. Derek is a finance and accounting professional with a proven track record of building top-notch teams and managing multiple disciplines over varying regulatory frameworks. He currently oversees all accounting and treasury functions, information technology, legal and compliance, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.

He has a proven track record of executing public and private equity and debt financing transactions, diverse in structure and in all phases of a market cycle.

 

16. Isaias Gomez
Chief Financial Officer, Citadel Completions

Isaias Gomez is the Chief Financial Officer at Citadel Completions, a luxury aircraft interior completions company. Citadel Completions provides VIP/VVIP luxury aircraft interiors for all variants of narrow and wide-body aircraft. Citadel also performs a full spectrum of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services under FAA Part 145 and international repair certifications. 

Gomez has over 25 years of financial operations experience in the aerospace, oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing industries. He is known for being a trusted business advisor and recognized for combining strong technical accounting and finance expertise with a key focus on sales and growth. Before joining Citadel Completions, he was the North American controller for the Aerospace Division at Ametek. Before this, he was a finance director at Fairmount Santrol. Gomez has a master’s in finance and an MBA from Texas A&M University Commerce, in addition to a BBA in accounting from Texas State University.

 

17. Joe Italiano
Chief Financial Officer, Greenbridge

Joe Italiano began his professional career 29 years ago, and today he is the Chief Financial Officer of Greenbridge, a provider of sustainability solutions catering to packaging, consumer, and industrial sectors, as well as municipalities throughout North America. The company aims to diminish waste in landfills and oceans, integrate more recycled materials into its packaging and operations, and achieve tangible outcomes in alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. 

Italiano first got his start in 1995 as a controller of lamp manufacturing at Siemens Osram Sylvania. From there, he went on to Allied Telesis, before eventually rising to CFO at Polychem Greenbridge and Evergreen Recycling LLC, his most recent position prior to joining Greenbridge. Italiano graduated from Pace University - Lubin School of Business with an MBA in finance and financial management services and from Bryant University with an undergraduate degree in accounting.

 

18. Robert Shaw
Chief Financial Officer, Nexus Circular

Robert Shaw joined Nexus Circular in 2021 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Nexus Circular is a leader in advanced recycling technology that converts landfill-bound plastics into circular feedstocks to produce sustainable virgin plastics used in packaging and other applications. Nexus Circular’s end-to-end solution is economically validated as demonstrated by consistent bulk sales of high-quality, ISCC Plus circular feedstocks for virgin plastics production. 

Previously, Shaw was a VP of finance in North & South America at McDermott International, Ltd. and before that a CFO at Ranger Energy Services, LLC. Earlier in his career, he worked with Air LiquideAir as a group treasurer and investor relations. Throughout his career, Shaw has raised over $3 billion in equity in public and private markets including an IPO. Notably, Shaw restructured the balance sheet of a global oilfield services company in 6 weeks by raising $1 billion in equity and $2.5 billion in debt, leading an IPO and turn-around of a PE-backed manufacturer. Shaw earned an MBA in finance from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree in political science and government from Northwestern University.

 

19. Kelli Lindsay
Chief Financial Officer, Continental Disc

Kelli Lindsay has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Continental Disc Corporation. Established in 1965, Continental Disc Corporation is a manufacturer of rupture disc devices, serving over 40 process industries globally. 

Lindsay began her career at GE. Her other prior roles include VP of finance and IT for Advanced Flow Solutions at IDEX Corporation and VP of finance and IT for the Energy Group at IDEX Corporation. She was also director of accounting and finance at Relevant Power Solutions, senior finance manager in various areas at Siemens, director of finance at Danaher Corporation, and held senior manager roles at Hawker Beechcraft Corp. Lindsay received her bachelor’s in accounting and finance from Creighton University and her MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Her certifications include Certified Project Manager from Wichita State University, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and she also completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Financial Analysis from Harvard Business School.

 

20. Beatriz Gahm
Chief Financial Officer, Stoller Group

Beatriz Gahm began her professional career 19 years ago, today serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Stoller Group, a company that provides solutions to increase plant productivity. The Stoller Group currently consists of 15 wholly owned subsidiaries with a total of more than 900 employees present in more than 50 countries worldwide. In her current role, Gahm’s responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, global strategy, business compliance, mergers and acquisitions, banking relations, audit, internal controls, and investments.

Gahm has a strong finance and accounting background, beginning her career at Protiviti in 2005, where she worked as a business consultant and auditor intern before assuming a full-time role at the company. Gahm then joined Hercules Offshore in 2007, where she served as a senior auditor. After five years, Gahm was promoted to manager of internal audit and business compliance in 2012. In 2016, Gahm transitioned to the Stoller Group, initially taking on the role of international controller. Two years later, she was promoted to vice president of finance and accounting. Gahm has her BBA degree from the Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, with a focus on finance and international business.

 

21. Jonathan Hasz
Chief Financial Officer, Simplify

Jonathan Hasz is the Chief Financial Officer of Simplify, a technology consulting firm based in The Woodlands, Texas. Simplify is a premier communications consultancy and data services provider, catering to large multi-site and contact center operations, with over 70,000 customer locations worldwide. 

Hasz is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience. He joined Simplify as the company’s CFO in 2012 and has led the company’s financial strategy for the past 12 years. Hasz oversees all finance, commissions, and information technology in addition to serving as the company's legal liaison. Hasz earned a master’s in mathematics from Colorado State University.

 

22. Brad Parro
Chief Financial Officer, Aqueos

Brad Parro has over 35 years of executive-level experience in the offshore oil & gas industry, serving as CFO of Aqueos since 2010. Aqueous serves the oil and gas, civil, and military markets, and is at the forefront of the Offshore Renewable Energy Sector in the states. Aqueos has operational facilities in Houston, Lafayette, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Boston that lead operations throughout North America and select international locations. Parro brings his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, equity and sub-debt placement, strategic planning, business development and execution, and executive financial and operational management to his position.

Parro’s prior roles include VP of operations for Deep Down, Inc. and managing director of Continental Shelf Associates. During this time, he also acted as chief financial officer for CSA’s portfolio companies as well as project lead for an offshore fiber optic feasibility project in Southeast Asia. From 1998 through 2004, Parro served in various executive capacities including chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and chief executive officer of PetroCom, LLC. He was also CFO for oilfield service providers Ceanic Corporation and Perry Tritech, Inc. Parro has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

 

23. Doug Robinson
Chief Financial Officer, Inhance

Doug Robinson began his professional career 26 years ago. Today, he is the Chief Financial Officer of Inhance, a global technology transformation partner, focusing on plastics and chemicals. The company’s mission revolves around innovating safer, more environmentally friendly, and sustainable products and packaging solutions. It provides a range of responsible and sustainable options for barrier packaging, surface technology, ingredients, and purifying solutions. 

Robinson first got his start in 1998 as a store co-manager at GUESS?, Inc., before starting at Baker Hughes, where he spent over 14 years in positions of increasing responsibility before ultimately assuming the role of financial planner and analysis manager, drill bits, where he led the finance function for a business unit worth over $500 million. Robinson graduated from Sam Houston State University with an undergraduate degree in accounting.

 

24. Jon Bates
Chief Financial Officer, Nutex Health

Jon Bates is the Chief Financial Officer of Nutex Health, a healthcare management and operations company specializing in the emergency care industry. Powered by a cloud-based proprietary technology platform, Nutex Health aggregates data from various sources to create comprehensive patient and provider profiles. The company offers services centered around business development, billing and collections, operations coordination, human resources, legal, marketing, and accounting. Bates brings his expertise in strategic financial planning, risk assessment & evaluation, internal audit/SOX reporting, and valuation and deal acquisition to this role. 

Prior to assuming his position at Nutex Health, Bates served as vice president of accounting/corporate controller at U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc., where he improved overall accuracy by monitoring the monthly, quarterly, and yearly end-closing process for more than 600 locations with approximately $500 million in annual revenues. He was also involved in M&A work, including valuation, modeling, and due diligence through the pre/post-close integration stage. Before U.S. Physical Therapy, he was CFO and chief accounting officer at Commercial, L.P., chief accounting officer/corporate controller at National Alarm Technologies LLC, assistant corporate controller at American Residential Services, Inc., and audit experienced senior at Arthur Andersen LLP. Bates received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from the University of Houston. He is also a licensed CPA.

 

25. Samantha Hutchison
Chief Financial Officer, Brookstone

Samantha Hutchison is the Chief Financial Officer of Brookstone, a provider of general contracting and construction management services across Southeast Texas. Hutchinson’s career spans 29 years. Her career began as a senior account representative at J.P. Morgan, before starting at CFMA as national treasurer and ultimately assuming the role of chairman, her most recent position before Brookstone. Hutchison graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance.
